Ce sont 23 participants qui ont suivi la formation d’une durée totale de 11h. Raf Renders, Dries Michiels et Mathias Rondou officiaient en qualité d’éducateurs IRB.
La formation comprenait les points suivants :
Module 1 : Understanding the Game, its principles and coaching methodologies
Module 2 : Applying the principles and skills of the game to a team’s performance
Module 3 : Planning and demonstrating a practice
Module 4 : Get Into Rugby (Tag Rugby)
Module 5 : Management, Player welfare, Laws of the game, Values of the game
L’organisation de cette formation au RRC Pajot n’est pas un hasard. Créé il y a deux ans, le club grandit et compte déjà plus de 150 joueurs.
